REQUIREMENTS : A National Diploma or Degree in Public Administration or equivalent. Three (3)
to 5 (5) years’ trip in administration. Knowledge of Public Finance
Management Act (PFMA) and Treasury regulations. Knowledge of
administrative and clerical approaches and systems. Departmental insurance policies and
procedures. Governmental economic systems. Committed to excessive degree of quality
control. Knowledge of imposing insurance policies of PMDS. Organizational skills.
Problem fixing and Analysis. People and Diversity Management. Client
Orientation and Customer focus. Communication capabilities and accountability and
Ethical Conduct. A legitimate driver’s license. (Attach a copy).

DUTIES : Render help pertaining to logistical preparations in the component.
Prepare for Management meetings. Coordinate and serve as secretariat at
Management meetings. Develop and manipulate the Provincial monitoring system.
Scrutinize all exterior correspondence and coordinate responses with the
relevant components. Monitor expenditure in the Chief Directorate. Manage
incoming and outgoing correspondence i.e. keep record drift in the
Chief Director’s office. Manage workflow inside the unit. Establish and maintain
a files administration system. Monitor the finances in the unit. Compile reports,
presentations and different associated documents.
