Duties & Responsibilities
I am looking for a lady to assist with General office and errands.
The office administrator’s role will include working closely with the Director by handling clerical duties, coordinating calendars, and organizing meetings.
Please respond if you have the following requirement:
- Must have experience in Office admin/Accounting/ Bookkeeping.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook/word/Excel/PowerPoint).
- Must be proficient in Excel.
- Must be good with numbers.
- Good command of the English language.
- Must have a high level of attention to detail.
- Must have Good Organisational and multi-tasking skills.
- Must have strong communication skills both verbal and written.
Work Monday to Friday 08:30-16:30
Must have own car and valid drivers licence.
Salary based on experience.
