POSITION: URBAN BRANCH ADMINISTRATOR
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Matric
- Excellent Communication Skills (English and
Afrikaans)
- Computer literacy essential (MS Word,
Excel, PowerPoint, MS Outlook)
JOB REQUIREMENTS
ATTRIBUTES:
- Computer Literate (MS Office,
advanced Excel, PowerPoint)
- Listener experience advantageous
- Easy roster experience would be
advantageous
INTERNAL CLIENTS:
- All branch operational staff

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:
As a branch administrator you are responsible for the overall management of the administrative function for the branch in an efficient and
professional way.

- Taking Minutes, agendas, typing and distribution
of minutes/correspondence for the branch

available to required parties.
