Duties & Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and help determine their orders
• Operate front end Point of Sale System (POS) and process all customer orders
• Processing all cash and card payments
• Processing all Telephone, online apps, and delivery orders
• Drive in-store promotions and upselling
• Respond to customer queries and record customer complaints
• Clean front of house area to maintain store health standards
• Assist other staff when required
• Work within a team and drive the restaurant/take-away forward

Requirements:

• Restaurant and Fast-Food Service experience, minimum 3 years related experience required
• GAAP or MICROS experience essential
• Excellent Customer Service and good verbal communication skills
• Numerical skills
