Answering phones and greeting visitors competently. Taking and conveying messages accurately. Ensure visitors are comfortable and are met by the relevant staff member in good time. Provide refreshments as needed. Maintain a neat and tidy workspace. Handle post (Courier incoming and outgoing) Maintain a high professional and ethical profile in accordance with industry and company standards. Maintain a well-groomed and business like appearance. Ensure all necessary administrative tasks associated with reception are carried out in an efficient, expedient and professional manner General reception and administration duties as required. Provide administrative support as instructed. Receive, sort and deliver mail to corresponding departments Liaison as needed with logistics division, estate management, security and external vendors. Ensure vendor access and deliveries are coordinated with minimal impact on reception experience for customers. Ensure logistics maintain customer facing rooms as a priority. Under the instruction from operations, enable access for vendors, estate management, etc. as needed. Under instruction from operations, receipt goods delivered into procurement management system. Cross-support for customer enquiries Cross-training to provide stand-in and overflow support for customer enquires member or staff co-located at reception
